About
the evaluation area
The
pavement all along Hwy 316 is deteriorating and needs a routine repair to
obtain its intended service life. It is anticipated to be replaced in 2021.
MnDOT is evaluating other corridor improvements between the north junction of
Hwy 61 and just south of Tuttle Dr. that could be made at the same time to
help with safety and traffic flow for drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists. The
project team is gathering community input to prioritize potential solutions.
For more details about the evaluation are along Hwy 316 and future traffic impacts, visit: mndot.gov/metro/projects/hwy316/.
