Smith Ave/Hwy 149 High Bridge in St. Paul

• Shepard Rd. between Randolph Ave. and Eagle Pkwy, will be closed Saturday, Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for sidewalk removals
• Both the Samual Morgan and Shepard Rd. trails between Randolph Ave. and Washington St. will be closed Saturday, Nov. 5 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Hudson Pl. to McKnight Rd. is closed through Mon. Nov. 6
• EB I-94 will be a single lane near Mounds Blvd., Hwy 61 and east of Hwy 120/Century Ave 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mon, Nov. 6
• WB I-94 will be a single lane near mounds Blvd. and east of Hwy 120/Century Ave. 9 a.m. to sunset Mon, Nov. 6

Hwy 13 in Burnsville, Savage

• Hwy 13 between Hwy 169 and Washburn Ave. will have off peak weekday and weekend lane closures through early November

I-35 North Metro Split from Lino Lakes to Forest Lake

• Periodic lane closures in both directions of I-35 between Hwy 97 and Hwy 8 will occur during off-peak hours for site preparation through mid-November

35W@94 in Minneapolis

• The Portland Ave. bridge over I-94 is closed through November 2017. Detour: 14th St. to Chicago Ave. to Franklin Ave. (PDF)
• The Franklin Ave. bridge over I-35W is closed through summer 2018. View map for all Franklin Ave detours (PDF)
• The NB I-35W MnPASS shoulder is closed just south of 26th St. into downtown Minneapolis through early 2018 and there are also several ramp closures

86th St. bridge over I-35W in Bloomington

• The 86th St. Bridge in Bloomington over I-35W is closed through Fri, Nov. 10 
• The 82nd St. Bridge is reduced to a single lane in each direction through Fri, Nov. 10

I-35W and Co Rd I in Arden Hills, Shoreview

• Co Rd I is closed at I-35W and at Rice Creek Pkwy through December. Note: The ramp from NB I-35W to Co Rd I is closed until December.
• The ramp from NB I-35W to Co Rd H and new Old Hwy 8 frontage road is open for access to Co Rd I

I-35W St. Anthony Falls Bridge in Minneapolis

• Beginning late October, both directions of I-35W at the St. Anthony Falls Bridge will have periodic lane closures through early December for and aesthetic lighting project. 

Hwy 36 Stillwater Lift Bridge 

• The Hwy 36 Stillwater lift bridge over the St. Croix River between Stillwater, MN and Houlton, WI is closed to ALL traffic. It will reopen for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in June of 2019. Traffic has been transferred to the new St. Croix Crossing bridge to the south in Oak Park Heights

Hwy 52 in Coates

• Access from Hwy 52 to 250th St. is closed through mid-November. Detour: Hwy 50, Co Rd 56/Emery Ave, 250th St.
• Access to SB Hwy 52 from the Co Rd. 66 “J” turn is closed through mid-November. Detour: NB Hwy 52, Co Rd. 46 to SB Hwy 52
• Hwy 52 will have lane closures in both directions south of Coates between 170th St. and Co Rd 86/280th St. through mid-November

Hwy 55 in Minneapolis

• Beginning Mon, Oct. 30, Hwy 55 will be closed in both directions between Van White Memorial Blvd and Lyndale Ave. W. through mid-November as Met Transit will be replacing a storm water tunnel. Detour: Hwy 100 and I-394.

Hwy 280 in St. Paul 

• Beginning Mon, Oct. 30, the ramp from SB Hwy 280 to EB I-94 will be closed through Sat, Nov. 4

Hwy 97 in Forest Lake 

• Hwy 97 will be reduced to a single lane between Goodview Ave. N and Harrow Ave. through early November

Hwy 110 in Mendota Heights 

• Both directions of Hwy 110 between Delaware Ave. and Hwy 3 are a single lane as crews complete work on the shoulder near both Sunfish Ln and Angell Rd through early November. Note: There may be times where motorists will encounter a delay entering or existing the Angell Rd. neighborhood. Flaggers will allow motorists in or out of the neighborhood when it is safe.

Smith Ave/Hwy 149 High Bridge in St. Paul 

• The Smith Ave/Hwy 149 High Bridge is closed through December 2018. Primary detour: Annapolis St. to Robert St to Kellogg Blvd to West 7th St. to Smith Ave/Hwy 149 (PDF). Alternate Detour: NB Grand Ave/Ramsey St, SB I-35E, EB Hwy 110 to Dodd Rd/Hwy 149
• Cliff St. at Smith Ave. (no access to Smith Ave. from Cliff St.) and Cherokee Ave. at Smith Ave. (no access to or across Smith Ave. from Cherokee Ave.) are closed Cliff St. Detour: West 7th St. (PDF). Cherokee St. Detour: George St. to Manomin Ave (PDF)
• Sidewalks approaching/on Smith Ave. High Bridge are closed. Pedestrian detour: George St. to Cherokee Ave. to Ohio St. to Plato Blvd. to Wabasha St. to Kellogg Blvd. to West 7th St. (PDF). Trail detour: Shepard Rd trail (PDF)
• Shepard Rd. between Randolph Ave and Washington St. will be closed Saturday, Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Both directions of Hwy 169 will have alternating lane closures between Hwy 610 and the Mississippi River from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday through mid-November

Hwy 169 Edina to Golden Valley

I-694 Little Canada to Arden Hills 

• Both directions of I-694 between I-35E and Lexington Ave. are open to three lanes
