I-35E in Vadnais Heights

• Beginning 7 p.m. Fri, Sept. 8 to 5 p.m. Sun, Sept. 10, NB I-35E will be reduced to two lanes between Co Rd E and Hwy 96 (MnPASS lane will be closed)

35W@94 in Minneapolis

• From 7 a.m. Fri, Sept 8 through Sat, Sept 9, Portland Ave. between 15th St. and 19th St. will be reduced to a single lane

Hwy 51/Snelling Ave. St. Paul to Roseville

• Project work is largely complete. Crews will continue to work away from traffic through early October

Hwy 52 in Coates

• Access to SB Hwy 52 from the Co Rd. 66 “J” turn is closed through Nov. 3

I-94 Minneapolis to Brooklyn Center

• Beginning Fri, Sept. 8 through Mon, Sept. 11, WB I-94 from I-394 to I-694 will be closed. All the ramps to WB I-94 from I-394 to I-694 will be closed starting at 9:30 p.m. Friday
• WB I-94 Detour: WB I-394 to NB Hwy 169 to I-94/I-694 (PDF)

• Pedestrian and signal ramp work will be done at intersections along Hwy 7 between Vine Hill Rd. and Hwy 101 with off-peak lane closures through Oct. 1

Hwy 10 at I-35W in Arden Hills

• The ramp from westbound Hwy 10 to northbound I-35W is closed through late August

• Hwy 13 between Hwy 169 and Washburn Ave. will have off peak weekday and weekend lane closures through late September

• I-35E will be have two lanes of traffic open in each direction through Sept. 22

I-35W and Co Rd I in Arden Hills, Shoreview

• The ramp from NB I-35W to Co Rd I is closed through early September
• Detour: Co Rd 10/Mounds View Blvd. to Co Rd I

• Detour: Rice Creek Pkwy to Co Rd J/85th Ave. NE to Airport Road to EB Hwy 10 to NB I-35W

86th St. bridge over I-35W in Bloomington

• The 86th St. bridge over I-35W is closed through October
• Detour: Penn Ave. and Lyndale Ave. and 82nd and 90th Streets

Hwy 36 Stillwater Lift Bridge

• The Hwy 36 Stillwater lift bridge over the St. Croix River between Stillwater, MN and Houlton, WI is closed to ALL traffic. It will reopen for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in June of 2019.
• Traffic has been transferred to the new St. Croix Crossing bridge to the south in Oak Park Heights

Hwy 47 and Hwy 65 in Minneapolis

• Access to and from Central Ave. at 27th Ave. will be closed through Sept. 26
• Access to and from Central Ave. at 22nd Ave. will be closed through Sept. 12. Look for sidewalk detours and reduced lanes in the intersection.

Co Rd. 42 at Hwy 52 in Rosemount

• Co Rd. 42 between the Hwy 52 ramps is open to a single lane until October
• Periodic lane closures will occur on Hwy 52 as project work is completed

I-94 St. Paul to Maplewood

• The Right lane on NB Hwy 120/Century Ave. from Brookview Dr. to 3M/Innovation Rd. is closed through September
• NB and SB McKnight Rd. are reduced to a single lane between Burns Ave. and the Sun Ray Lanes bowling alley
• The Maple St. pedestrian bridge is closed through fall
• Both directions of I-94 are set-up with a special lane configuration and there are several ramp closures

Hwy 95 Woodbury to Afton

• SB Hwy 95 will be closed from just north of 22nd St. in Woodbury to south of 15th St. in Afton through late fall

Hwy 97 in Forest Lake

• Hwy 97 access from 11 St. will be closed through Sept. 12

Hwy 110 in Mendota Heights

• WB Hwy 110 is closed between I-494 and I-35E through fall

• Angell Rd. and Sunfish Lane are both right in and right out to and from EB Hwy 110 through fall

Smith Ave/Hwy 149 High Bridge in St. Paul

• The Smith Ave/Hwy 149 High Bridge is closed through December 2018
• Primary Detour: Annapolis St. to Robert St to Kellogg Blvd to West 7th St. to Smith Ave/Hwy 149 (PDF)
• Alternate Detour: NB Grand Ave/Ramsey St, SB I-35E, EB Hwy 110 to Dodd Rd/Hwy 149
• Cliff St. at Smith Ave. (no access to Smith Ave. from Cliff St.) and Cherokee Ave. at Smith Ave. (no access to or across Smith Ave. from Cherokee Ave.) are closed
• A section of the Samuel Morgan Trail adjacent to the Mississippi River between Randolph Ave. and Washington St. is closed

Hwy 169 Edina to Golden Valley

• Both directions of Hwy 169 between Bren Rd and 7th St. (5th St, Lincoln Dr.) are closed until Oct. 1 as the Nine Mile Creek bridge is replaced
• NB Detour: EB Hwy 62, NB Hwy 100, WB I-394 to Hwy 169
• SB Detour: WB I-394, SB I-494 to Hwy 169
• Both directions of Hwy 169 are a single lane from 5th St and Lincoln Dr to I-394 until Oct. 1

I-694 Little Canada to Arden Hills

• EB I-694 is restricted to two lanes separated by a concrete median barrier between Hwy 10 and I-35E. The inside lane carries through traffic and must continue east on I-694. The outside lane allows local ramp access and must continue south on I-35E. This will last through November.
• WB I-694 is reduced to two lanes through October
• The ramp from EB Hwy 10 to EB I-694 and from EB I-694 to Victoria St. and from Victoria St. to EB I-694 are closed through late September
• Hwy 10 to I-694 Detour: Snelling Ave. to Hwy 36; If you are on SB I-35W and want to reach eastbound I-694 you should stay on I-35W
• The ramp from Rice St to WB I-694 is closed for the duration of project work
