New email offerings from the Minnesota DNR

Here are the lists we have added since our last update.

 

Below you will find 9 new lists on a variety of topics along with direct subscription links.

  • Public engagement opportunities - Find out about our open public engagement opportunities. You will receive a notification when we launch a new opportunity for public input on our Engage with DNR website: https://engage.dnr.state.mn.us/
  • New safety training classes and field days - Subscribers will receive updates when new classes or field days are added to our calendar of safety training classes. The most common updates will be the addition of ATV, firearms and snowmobile safety classes and field days.
  • Future Funding - Updates on our future funding project to reinvest in Minnesota’s outdoors. This is a public input opportunity for you to help us establish a new approach to agency funding.
  • Advisory group appointment opportunities - Get notifications for opportunities to serve on the DNR’s ongoing advisory groups and notices of final appointments. Frequency of messages: Two per year per group. Note: Some do not do appointments every year.
  • Drought - Sign up to receive updates about drought in Minnesota, ways the DNR helps with drought preparations and response, and important ways to conserve water.
  • Public Waters Inventory Updates - Sign up to receive updates about the Public Waters Inventory, which is used to identify waters that meet the statutory definition of public water and are regulated by the DNR for the public’s benefit.
  • Forest Utilization and Marketing Updates - Receive periodic updates and information on federal, state, regional and local grant programs, incentives and trainings for primary wood manufacturing businesses or Receive periodic notifications and information on recently released industry analysis or forest resource reports depending on how you answer the subscription question.
  • Invasive Species Prevention: Responsible Buyers - Subscribe for information about invasive species in aquariums, water gardens, classrooms, and as food or bait. Subscribers can expect a few communications per year.
  • Minnesota Project WET's Newsletter - The SPLASH! - MN Project WET’s Newsletter , “The SPLASH!” will be sent out quarterly informing educators, trained participants and partners on updates pertaining to Project WET materials, exciting news and information on water resources.
