Provider Hub maintenance scheduled for the evening of Oct. 22 was successful.
In the October release notes, the State of Minnesota shares a fix we made to the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) feature.
Plus, we share some resources to help you manage your staff’s access in the Provider Hub.
When the renewal of a Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) registration is approved, a bell notification is issued in the Provider Hub to notify the provider. This bell notification incorrectly displayed “NA” instead of the provider ID and next renewal due date.
This defect is fixed. The notification is now populated with the provider ID and next renewal due date.
Get help: Child care providers can learn more about renewing their CCAP registration in the Provider Hub with the CCAP Provider Hub User Guide — download the guide and refer to page 110.
Authorized Agents (AAs) can complete all tasks in the Provider Hub — including applying for a new license/certification or closing a program. But they don’t have to be the only people who work in the Provider Hub. AAs may give permission to other staff within the Provider Hub to help manage their license/certification and their business’ participation in other government programs.
To delegate some of their authority, AAs may give some users Delegated Authority access.
Other access levels limit users to editing some information and/or just viewing information, such as Create/Submit, Clerical, Read Only and Attendance Entry.
Unsure what level of access is right for your staff?
Check out user access levels in the Provider Hub for a comprehensive overview of the different types of users and what each can do — especially licensing/certification tasks.
These articles break down what each level of access can do in the other child care-specific Provider Hub features:

The next scheduled maintenance is Thursday, Nov. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. During this time, the Provider Hub shouldn't be used to avoid losing work. We’ll send an alert the morning of, too.
