Nursing Facility payment information for Sept. 22, 2026, remittance advice

Minnesota Department of Human Services is aware some Nursing Facility providers saw credit balances and did not receive payments for the Sept. 22, 2026, remittance advice (RA). We received an incorrect case mix file from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). MDH has corrected the file and providers should see reprocessed claims on the Oct. 6, 2026, RA. Call the Minnesota Health Care Programs Provider Resource Center at 651-431-2700 or 800-366-5411 to create a case if you do not see the reprocessed claims on the next RA.
