Following updates the State of Minnesota made to the Provider Hub earlier this month, these improvements are now live in the online tool.
CCAP notices in the Provider Hub now identify the servicing agency
Some provider notices for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) were not displaying the agency the family is authorized by — the “servicing agency,” whether the county or Tribal agency, or a contracted agency.
Now, providers will find the servicing agency on every CCAP notice they receive in the Provider Hub.
Get help: Child care providers can get help viewing CCAP notices with the CCAP Provider User Guide — download the guide and refer to page 122.
W9 and CCAP acknowledgement PDFs now generate if a provider completes the registration in a language other than English
When providers used Spanish, Somali or Hmong to complete their CCAP registration in the Provider Hub, the W9 and CCAP acknowledgement PDFs did not generate as expected.
Now, when providers use these languages to complete their CCAP registration, the W9 and CCAP acknowledgement PDFs will generate successfully.
Get help: Child care providers can get help registering for CCAP with the CCAP Provider User Guide — download the guide and refer to page 5. From there, find your provider type (like Minnesota licensed family child care provider or certified child care center) and select the applicable link to go to more specific instructions.
