The Updated Signature Requirement Policy for Support Plans training (course code SUPLAN-SRP) is now available in TrainLink.
Lead agency responsibilities
Lead agency case managers/care coordinators and contracted case managers must complete the training by Oct. 31, 2026. Lead agencies are responsible for tracking the completion of required trainings.
