Following updates the State of Minnesota made to the Provider Hub earlier this month, these improvements are now live in the online tool.
Licensed child care centers: Resource link updated in personnel/staff variance request
In the Provider Hub personnel/staff variance request process for licensed child care centers, the link to a resource on differences between Track 1 and Track 2 staff qualification variances was broken.
The update link now takes users to Staffing requirements for licensed child care centers on the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) website.

CCAP Provider Support team can now withdraw provider actions
The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Provider Support team manages child care providers’ CCAP information using the Provider Hub.
When the team needs more information from a child care provider, they use a provider action to request that information in the Provider Hub. Providers then get a bell notification in the online tool when they have a provider action due.
The Provider Support team can now withdraw provider actions themselves. So, when a provider has supplied the necessary information, the team can remove the provider action, ensuring the action no longer appears due for the provider.
Get help: Child care providers can get help completing CCAP provider actions in the Provider Hub with the CCAP Provider User Guide — download the guide and refer to pages 116-118.
