Pro tips for finding revalidation correspondence in your MN–ITS mailbox:

» Look for the PRVLTR folder.

» Watch for these messages in particular:

  • request for more information (RFMI)
  • site visit referral
  • site visit completion
  • termination notice

» No folder means there are no messages.

» Other issues? Contact your organization's MN–ITS administrator for help.

Registration still open for HCBS Waiver and AC training

To complete revalidation, owners or managing employees designated as billers for providers who deliver Home and Community-based Waiver and Alternative Care services must attend the full Waiver and AC Resources and MN–ITS training if they have never taken it.

Seats are still available! May 13-14 is the last chance for the training before the deadline.

Question of the week

Q: How will providers know when they have succesfully completed their revalidation?

A: We will send a revalidation complete letter through U.S. Postal Service or to registered MN–ITS mailbox accounts (in the PRVLTR folder). If you submitted your request through the MPSE portal, you may log in at any time to check the status of your request (Pending Review, In Review, Draft or Completed).

MN–ITS will soon be moving to LoginMN, the new secure platform to access all state services.

To maintain MN–ITS access, you must validate your email and phone number before the switch.

If you have not validated yet, when you login to MN–ITS you'll get a pop-up with instructions. No pop-up? You're all set. For more details, refer to the first item under "Reminders" on Provider News and Updates.
