Question of the week

Q: Since all documents are uploaded to MPSE, what additional proof is required, if any?

A: While uploading required documents to MPSE is essential, we may still request additional verification during a site visit. This may include confirming that the physical site operates as described in enrollment, owners or key personnel are accurately listed, and information reflects day-to-day operations. Verification can involve reviewing provider-specific requirements, on-site observation, or examining systems and processes, such as confirming the presence of enrolled, licensed, or qualified professionals.

ACTION REQUIRED: Validate your contact info in MN–ITS

MN–ITS will soon be moving to LoginMN, the new secure platform to access all state services.

To maintain MN–ITS access, you must validate your email and phone number before the switch.

If you have not validated yet, when you login to MN–ITS you'll get a pop-up with instructions. No pop-up? You're all set. For more details, refer to the first item under "Reminders" on Provider News and Updates.
