To complete revalidation, owners or managing employees designated as billers for providers delivering HCBS waiver and AC program services must complete the two-day virtual Waiver and AC Resources and MN–ITS training, if they have never completed it before. Extra sessions have been added to meet demand. May 13-14 is the last chance to take this training before the revalidation deadline.
Find a session and register now.
Pro tips for navigating your MN–ITS mailbox:
» Make sure to check the PRVLTR folder for correspondence related to revalidation.
» In particular, keep an eye out for Request for more information (RFMI) letters.
» No folder means there are no messages.
» Having other issues? It may be because you don't have the right folder access. Contact your organization's MN–ITS administrator for help.
Q: Who qualifies as the "designee" in the context of unannounced site visits?
A: Providers can designate in MPSE an individual to complete the site visit when completing revalidation. However, an individual such as managing employee, authorized agent or owner in a provider’s enrollment record may also participate in site visits.
MN–ITS is scheduled to move to LoginMN — Minnesota's new secure centralized platform to access state services — on May 2. To maintain access to MN–ITS, you must validate your email and phone number before the switch. If you have not validated yet, when you login to MN–ITS you'll get a pop-up window with instructions. No pop-up means you're all set. For more information, refer to the first item under "Reminders" on Provider News and Updates.
As the revalidation effort continues and we prioritize revalidating providers in the 13 high-risk benefit areas, enrollment queues have become backlogged. Providers who are not part of off-cycle revalidation may experience delays in the enrollment process.
