Resolved issues preventing certified child care center applicants from providing a program name and ages served in applications
For help completing Phase 1 of the application for a new certified child care center, review the Application section of the Certification Learning Library.

For help submitting the provisional license application in the Provider Hub, review the EIDBI Licensing Learning Library — also available in español, af Soomaali and lus Hmoob.
Increased bell notification timeframe for renewals
When providers need to renew their Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) registration, they’ll now receive a bell notification 90 days before the renewal is due.
Previously providers received the notification 60 days before the renewal due date.
For help renewing your registration in the Provider Hub, download the CCAP Provider User Guide.
