Not finding correspondence in your MN–ITS mailbox?

Don't forget to sign up for email updates to get news from the department delivered straight to your inbox. We send information on a variety of health care topics — including this newsletter — that you choose.

It may be because your MN–ITS administrator hasn’t assigned access to the folders you need. DHS cannot assign access to MN–ITS functions or mailbox folders, only your MN–ITS administrator can make those changes. Contact your organization’s administrator for assistance.

Mission

In collaboration with community and partners, the Minnesota Department of Human Services supports people to thrive in community and live their healthiest and fullest lives.

Vision

All people in Minnesota have what they need to thrive in community with no disparities.

Revalidation effort causing backlog in enrollment queues

As the Minnesota Revalidate 2026 project continues and we prioritize revalidating providers in the 13 high-risk Medicaid benefit areas, enrollment queues at the department have become backlogged. Providers who are not part of off-cycle revalidation may experience delays in the enrollment process.

Other questions? Send them to the revalidation email (revalidation.inquiries.dhs@state.mn.us) or use the PRC contact request form. (Do not include case-specific or private health data.)
