A new way to communicate with you

This weekly email aims to keep providers informed of developments at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Our goal is to help keep you aware of changes that impact your work and the communities we serve together.

Minnesota Revalidate 2026

Providers that deliver high-risk services must complete off-cycle revalidation by May 31, 2026.

The department has started outbound calls to providers — from the number 651-431-2700 — with information about revalidation.

Important reminders

Check your MN–ITS mailbox and U.S. mail for letters requesting pre-payment review documentation and instructions about required revalidation steps. Learn more about MN–ITS setup and functionality in these videos:

And don't forget to use the MPSE provider portal to check enrollment records, submit documentation, and more.
