Providers that deliver high-risk services must complete off-cycle revalidation by May 31, 2026.
- Next week, the department will start calling providers subject to revalidation. Calls will come from 651-431-2700.
- Remember to watch MN–ITS, U.S. mail, and provider news for info about revalidation and more.
- Use the MPSE provider portal to check enrollment records, submit documentation, and more.
