Following updates the State of Minnesota made to the Provider Hub earlier in February, these improvements are now live in the online tool:

Across the Provider Hub

Increased text limit and added text wrapping in the Description field on the form used to submit a case to the Product Success team, so users can add more information and view all the text they add

Licensing/Certification

EIDBI agencies

  • Made file uploads for consultant documentation optional in the EIDBI provisional license application (rather than required) so applicants can use as needed

  • Implemented updates across the EIDBI provisional license application to ensure the application behaves as intended

Child Care Assistance Program

Made an update so once a Minnesota licensed provider submits their Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) registration, they will no longer see the license under the Eligible Licenses tab on the CCAP page.

Providers can update their information by selecting the CCAP hyperlink under the Pending, Approved and Closed/Denied tabs.
