Provider Hub Release Notes

The State of Minnesota made improvements to the Provider Hub the evening of Oct. 22. The following updates are now live in the online tool.


Licensing/Certification

  • Replaced references to “child care” with “social service” on both the Provider Hub homepage and parts of the new application process to account for future license types

  • Added required policy uploads as part of new applications for certified child care centers to meet new statutory requirements

  • Added ability for certified child care centers to view program documents from the Related tab of their business license page — this aligns certified centers’ experience with that of licensed centers


Child Care Assistance Program

  • Resolved a defect that prevented providers from reporting Independence Day as a holiday on CCAP registrations and CCAP change requests
