Regional Services Supervisor
The Regional Services Supervisor will demonstrate professional and effective leadership to manage, direct, supervise and coordinate the day-to-day work mandated by the Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing Services act. Responsibilities include:
- Oversight of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing State Services Division’s (State Services) regional services staff and the provision of Regional Services’ programs and services at a minimum of six regional centers and various statewide hubs
- Manage up to 7 direct service staff and statewide offices and oversee the regional services’ human service delivery functions to Minnesotans with hearing loss and partnerships with state and county personnel and providers who work with people who have hearing loss
- Ensure that the State Services’ Menu of Services is adhered to in a consistent manner, while recognizing and honoring the unique needs of regional centers
- Review and analyze data for measurable results, evaluate the performance of direct service provision to make ongoing recommendations and feedback for effective human services delivery, and ensures that DHS and State Services’ policies and its workplans are effectively utilized and executed
- Provide support for regional offices’ facilities management-related needs
- Work closely with State Services' management team, and particularly the division director, to address various program-related needs and improvements.

Office and Administrative Senior Support Specialist
The Support Specialist serves as the principal administrative and technical support within the Department of Human Services' Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing State Services Division (State Services). While supporting multiple programs—including the Mental Health Program, Regional Services, Central Operations, and MN ACT—the primary focus is on coordinating statewide administrative functions, managing public inquiries, and overseeing operational logistics. Responsibilities include:
- Triaging service requests
- Supporting division-wide initiatives
- Maintaining resource availability
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement efforts
- Ensure consistent service delivery, particularly for Regional Services and Central Operations, which require structured administrative coordination for statewide impact
- Provides secondary support to MN ACT and specialized program needs as required
- Ability to work independently while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with State Services staff, state personnel, community stakeholders, clients, and other partners to ensure effective coordination and service delivery.
