The following changes are now live in the Provider Hub:
Fire Inspection Fees No Longer in Provider Hub
Due to statutory limitations, fire inspection fees are no longer issued and paid in the Provider Hub. Please connect with your Licensor for instructions on how to submit a fire inspection request form and how to submit payment directly to the State Fire Marshal.
Branding Update in Provider Hub Login Page
Removed DHS specific logo on the login page and updated to generic State of Minnesota logo.
Branding Update in Provider Hub Home Page
Removed DHS specific logo on the top left corner of the Provider Hub home page and updated to generic State of Minnesota logo.
Provider Document Viewer
Document viewer preview functionality removed due to inconsistencies, including populating blank screens for users. Until a solution is found, users must download documents to view.
Authorized Agent Defect Resolution - Closure Requests
A defect was identified where some Authorized Agents were receiving an insufficient access message when submitting closure requests for Licensed Child Care Centers. This has been fixed and the error message no longer populates for Authorized Agents trying to submit this type of change request.
