Provider Hub Updates

This email contains important information about the Provider Hub and is sent to all Authorized Agents and Center Operators of certified and licensed child care centers.

Release Notes

The following changes are now live in the Provider Hub to account for the DCYF transition:

License Certificate Updates

Certificates that fall under DCYF purview will now have updated statue reference, DCYF branding and contact information, updated signatures, and the new phone number (651-539-8300).

Updated Provider Hub Email Templates 

Email templates for notices of action and application submission confirmations will no longer reference DHS.
