The following changes are now live in the Provider Hub:
Notice of Action Download Fix
A defect was identified that when providers would sometimes download Notice of Action files from the Provider Document Viewer, the files were downloaded as generic file types and required extra steps to open and view the documents in the appropriate application. We resolved this issue and all Notice of Action files should now download as the appropriate file types (pdfs, word documents, jpegs, etc.) and open in the users' default applications as expected.
Incorrect Variance Request Reason and Additional Measures Auto-Population Fix
When requesting a Child Care Program Plan - exceeding number of children (field trip or special activity) variance, the "Reason why the variance is requested" and "Additional measures that will be taken to comply with the intent of the Rule/Statue" fields now auto-populate with correct text.
Correction for Permissions to Submit a Program Closure Request for Licensed Child Care Centers
A defect was identified where any user with Delegated Authority access could submit a program closure request for a Licensed Child Care Center. This issue has been resolved and only the Authorized Agent can submit a program closure request for a licensed child care center. so users with designated authority access are no longer able to create and submit a program closure change request. For additional information regarding user access levels, please see our knowledge article.
