DHS requests providers complete Needs and Strengths Survey

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) Behavioral Health Administration is asking providers what they see as access barriers, needs and strengths in the substance use and mental health service systems in Minnesota. Survey responses will guide efforts to improve and support these services.

As a provider of substance use and/or mental health services, think about the individuals you support that have a substance use disorder, mental health issues or co-occurring conditions and respond to the questions in the Behavioral Health System Needs and Strengths Survey. Please respond to this survey by Friday, May 9, 2025.

Responses are confidential and will not be associated with the individual.
