The following changes are now live in the Provider Hub:
Updating Hours of Operation
Providers will now be presented with one change request type instead of six when updating their hours of operation.
Data retention using 'Previous' button
Information previously entered by Providers in change requests are retained if clicking the 'Previous' button during initial applications and change requests.
'Previous' button now available on document upload pages in change requests
Providers now only to request a current or future date as an effective date of a change request
Providers can now remove a middle name from an Authorized Agent without contacting the support team
Providers can now submit more than one Controlling Individual change during the same change request
Providers are no longer required to provide FEIN and MN Tax IDs for Controlling Individual Entities
