Nonemergency Medical Transportation Services (NEMT) program reviews to be conducted in 2025

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has contracted with Myers and Stauffer LC to review NEMT provider claims for compliance with state and federal requirements. DHS and Myers and Stauffer LC will conduct provider outreach throughout 2025 with the goal of reviewing all programs in 2025.

Providers do not need to take any action at this time. We will contact you directly if you are selected for review.
