DHS seeks proposals on culturally and developmentally appropriate prevention and intervention mental health services for young children and their families


The Department of Human Services (DHS) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a grantee to provide culturally and developmentally appropriate prevention and intervention mental health services to young children ages birth through five years old and their families.

The due date for submission to the RFP is Feb. 21, 2025. A responder’s conference will be held online, via Microsoft Teams, on Jan. 21, 2025.
