This message is being sent to licensed family child care providers regarding the Provider Hub resources.
The Provider and Agency Hub learning team is proud to share the NEW Provider Hub: Getting Started webpage for child care providers. Here you’ll find learning resources and support guides as you prepare to use the Provider Hub.
Where to find it:
Who this webpage is for:
- Family child care providers who would like to know more about the technology skills needed to use the Provider Hub. If you are already confident using the internet on your smartphone, tablet or computer, you probably don’t need any preparation! But if you’re unsure, this is a good way to find out whether preparation is needed.
- People assisting child care providers with the Provider Hub.
What’s on the webpage:
- Technology skills self-assessment to understand what tech skills you’ll need to use the Provider Hub.
- Printable technology resource guides.
What’s NOT on the webpage:
- ALL learning resources about how to use the Provider Hub. Most learning resources live inside the Provider Hub within Help and Resources.
- Details about licensing rules, state statutes, and other licensing-specific information.
Reminder: Do NOT create your own Provider Hub account
Family child care providers won't be able to use the Provider Hub until it launches. Right now, the Provider Hub is available only to Certified and Licensed center child care providers.
When the Provider Hub launches for Family providers, accounts will be created for all existing providers. A link to activate and access your Hub account will be sent to your email.
Please share
Please visit the website and share it with other providers. We hope you find these tools useful as you prepare to use the Provider Hub.
Have questions or concerns? Email us at ccproviderhub.dhs@state.mn.us. We will collect responses and address questions in an upcoming communication or meeting.
