After careful consideration, the Provider and Agency Solutions product team is adjusting the rollout plan for Phase 3 of the Provider Hub. Phase 3 includes: 

• Launch of the redesigned Licensing Information Lookup (LIL). 

• Launch of the redesigned personnel functionality, including the Develop integration. 

• Launch to family child care providers and county licensing. 

The launch is being moved to Summer 2025. Our adjusted rollout reflects our commitment to deliver a high-quality product and a positive user experience. 

Why are we making this change? 

The personnel redesign is an essential improvement to the Provider Hub. We have gathered significant feedback and input about the personnel functionality, and this extended timeline allows us to maximize what we are able to initially deliver in the redesign. An overview of the redesign, including mockups, will be shared in the coming weeks. 

As a reminder, the Phase 3 development and launch timeline is separate from the ongoing iteration and improvement of Phases 1 and 2 for child care centers! Our Provider and Agency Solutions product team will continue to bring more value for existing users by addressing and improving the features and functionalities that are already live. 

We recognize that extending the wait for this rollout can be frustrating, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to prioritize the needs of our users over rushing to meet a deadline. We are continually adapting and improving, which is a key part of our iterative approach.
