REQUIRED: Update your Staff Roster with Names and Required Fields: Once you have staff members updated on your business license with required fields (those with an asterisk only next to them), they will automatically appear on your Great Start Compensation applications, and you will be able to enter the hours each staff cared for children. The resources below give more information on required fields by license type.

Learning Resources to Help You Add Staff to your Roster:

Update on Future Develop Integration: We recognize many providers have been waiting for the integration with Develop to enter personnel information in the Provider Hub. Based on feedback from providers, the Develop integration will be launched with the redesigned personnel experience currently underway. Additional information and updates will be communicated in the coming weeks. It is critical providers applying for Great Start Compensation update personnel rosters as described above before the Develop integration is launched.
OPTIONAL: Update Provider Hub Users Access Levels (New!)
-
Clerical: If you have staff members who help with the Great Start Compensation application and do not currently have access to the Provider Hub, Authorized Agents can add or update these users to the Clerical access level.
