 The Minnesota Department of Education has asked us to share this information.
As part of a class action lawsuit settlement, the Minnesota Department of Education will share some information about some former students with Continental DataLogix LLC. Continental DataLogix is the Claims Administrator for this lawsuit settlement.
Continental DataLogix will use the information to identify former students who may be able to apply for compensatory education services.
Whose information will be shared?
Only Minnesota students who:
- Were born between July 1, 1998, through June 30, 2001, and
- Received special education services between July 1, 2019, and July 1, 2022.
What information will be shared?
- Name
- Birthdate
- Name of the school district last attended
- Date last attended.
What do you need to do?
If you meet the criteria and do not want Minnesota Department of Education to share your information with Continental DataLogix, email kosettlement.MDE@state.mn.us before Monday, July 15, 2024.
