 What is the TED Program?
The Telephone Equipment Distribution, or TED, Program provides assistive phone devices for free to Minnesotans who qualify. These phone devices make it easier to use the phone for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a physical or speech disability. The TED Program is administered through the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division, or DHHSD.
This video guides you through five steps. For a full transcript, please visit DHHSD's News and Events webpage.
