Upcoming webinars to help school-based providers address youth behavioral health


Foster parents, parents and caregivers will learn about effective care for youth experiencing a behavioral health crisis in new, free webinar-based trainings. The Department of Human Services will be partnering with the Training Institute at People Incorporated to provide trainings that address youth behavioral health and managing challenging behaviors.

Trainings will run throughout 2024 and 2025 and will be offered live, as well as recorded for later viewing.

Practical Parenting Strategies

Gain practical parenting strategies to help navigate common situations in the home through specific strategies that initiate the thinking part of the brain inviting exploration and chance-taking.
