Upcoming webinars to help hospital staff address youth behavioral health


Hospital staff will learn about effective care for youth experiencing a behavioral health crisis in new, free webinar-based trainings. Trainings will teach you how to address youth behavioral health and manage challenging behaviors.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services have partnered with the Training Institute at People Incorporated to provide live trainings throughout 2024 and 2025 and offer recorded versions for later viewing.

Upcoming Classes

Trauma-Informed Care 

Adapt practices, communication, physical spaces, and more to make hospitals less anxiety-inducing and consequently less likely to re-traumatize the children and adolescents receiving care.
