Purpose: To provide an update on CFSS implementation

On Nov. 30, 2023, DHS submitted revised state plan amendments on CFSS to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS must approve DHS’ plan before we can implement CFSS, a flexible health care program that will replace PCA and CSG in Minnesota.
