The Department of Human Services’ Behavioral Health Division has posted the Mental Health Codes and Maximum Adjusted FFS Rate by Date of Rate Change. The current fee-for-service (FFS) rates for mental health services are included in the rate grid and are updated to reflect the most current maximum allowed. The table also explains when services are reimbursed at an adjusted rate in certain circumstances.

The rate grid for mental health services is effective as of Feb. 1, 2023. Review the service rates information webpage for more information.
