The following information changed on the MHCP Provider website:

We updated the MHCP Provider Manual – Immunizations and Vaccinations – Immunization and Vaccine Benefits Codes for Children – Under Vaccines and Toxoids Available Through MnVFC, we added CPT code 90671 to the table. It has been covered but was not previously included in the table.
