Contact the SSIS Help Desk for additional assistance, if needed.
When something is erroneously deleted from SSIS, we remind Mentors to contact the SSIS Help Desk. There is a process in place to recover deleted items. Recovery is guaranteed within 24 hours and can be attempted within 48 hours. After 48 hours the data are permanently deleted. One useful way to prevent accidental deletions of entire workgroups is to make sure the function “Delete workgroup” in SSIS Admin is only given to select staff. For assistance in changing user roles and admin functions, refer to the online documentation : SSIS Admin Job Aid or contact the SSIS Help Desk.
A Data Integrity Report and several Data Cleanup messages have been designed to increase an agency’s ability to locate children in placement. Business Organizations identified as child placement providers (by valuing "Foster Family Setting" on the "Foster Care/Day Care Provider" tab) are required to have a “Physical Location Address with a valid "County" selected.
A job aid for Physical Location can be found on the SSIS Worker Documentation page under Business Organization.
Recently published eDoc 8395 (At-Risk Adoption Assistance Conversion Process and Post Permanency Reassessment Process) outlines the process and provides instructions for post-permanency reassessments & at-risk adoption assistance conversions.
