Temporary staff help is still available to residential service providers with a COVID-19 outbreak

Residential service providers with an active COVID-19 outbreak still can request short-term emergency staffing if there is a critical shortage at the facility. Eligible providers will receive help from temporary staff members for up to 21 days at no cost to the provider. The program is expected to be available until February 2023.
