Purpose: To announce updates DHS made to the MHM Program Manual from July through November 2022

From July through November 2022, DHS updated and reorganized policy pages in the MHM Program Manual. This includes transferring some information previously found in the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) Provider Manual.
