DHS created resources about the following topics to support the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS in 2023:
- Transition page.
- Service agreement and claims codes.
- Service delivery plan approval training for lead agency staff.
Note: DHS is still in the process of obtaining approval for CFSS from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). DHS may need to update these resources if CMS requires us to make changes to the plan to implement CFSS.
