Upcoming changes to Develop learning records

Develop’s Learning Record is getting an update! The Learning Record provides a snapshot of your professional development achievements. Three versions of the Learning Record are available to view and/or download in the Reports section of your Develop profile. You can present your Learning Record to:

• Licensors
• Current and prospective Employers
• Professional Development Advisors
• Other agency partners within the Minnesota Child Development System

In the coming months, you may notice some minor changes. We are currently working to:

• Edit outdated language
• Add the Develop logo
• Create an introduction page and include additional guidance

While your Learning Record may look a little different, there will be no change to how your verified achievements are listed.
