To: Social workers, MnCHOICES assessors, case aides and others who are directly employed by a county/tribal nation and who regularly request submissions of State Medical Review Team (SMRT) referrals

Purpose: To announce SMRT will provide view-only access to the Integrated Service Delivery System (ISDS) for some direct county/tribal nation employees

The State Medical Review Team (SMRT) will provide view-only access to the Integrated Service Delivery System (ISDS) for some direct county/tribal nation employees. Access to the system allows employees at a county or tribal nation to monitor the status of SMRT referrals.
