Request for Proposals: primary prevention sought for youth from Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) communities


The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS or “the State”) is requesting proposals for a grantee to develop and implement substance use disorder primary prevention to reduce alcohol, nicotine and other drug use in youth from Black, Indigenous and people of color communities. The intent of this Request for Proposals is to award contracts to no more than seven qualified responders. 

 

DHS is seeking proposals for the grant period of November 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025.

Proposals must be received at the email address listed in the RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on August 31, 2022. That email address is Aaron.E.Garcia@state.mn.us. Late proposals and proposals received via other methods will not be considered. The RFP can be viewed by visiting the Grants, Request for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) webpage.

 

This request does not obligate the State to complete the work addressed in this notice. The State reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
