Purpose: To announce the expiration of COVID-19 waivers that affect aging and disability services
Expires: June 30, 2022

On June 30, 2022, the following COVID-19 waivers will expire:
- CV.53 – Allowing flexibility for personal care assistance (PCA) service oversight and hours
- CV.89 – Modifying requirements to maintain long-term services and supports (LTSS).
