To: Lead agencies, home and community-based services (HCBS) providers, organizations that want to become HCBS providers and other interested parties
From: DHS Aging and Adult Services, Disability Services and Housing and Support Services divisions
Purpose: To announce grant applications to increase HCBS provider capacity to deliver services to rural and underserved communities
Application deadline: June 13, 2022

Up to $3 million in grant funding is now available through DHS for organizations serving rural and underserved communities. Organizations interested in becoming HCBS providers or increasing their ability to provide services should apply for the grant by June 13, 2022.
