Purpose: To announce grant applications to increase HCBS provider capacity to deliver services to rural and underserved communities
Application deadline: June 13, 2022

Grants available to help increase access to services in underserved communities

Up to $3 million in grant funding is now available through DHS for organizations serving rural and underserved communities. Organizations interested in becoming HCBS providers or increasing their ability to provide services should apply for the grant by June 13, 2022.
