DHS requesting proposals to provide evidence-based opioid response services


The Minnesota Department of Human Services is requesting proposals to provide evidence-based services for primary prevention and opioid overdose prevention; training and awareness for opioid use disorder; workforce development and training on the treatment of opioid addiction; expansion and enhancement of a continuum of care for opioid related substance use disorders; and innovative evidence-based opioid initiatives. 

The department is seeking proposals for the grant period of Aug. 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025.

DHS will host two responder’s conferences for this RFP:

Proposals submitted in response to this request for proposals must be received at the email address listed in the request no later than 4 p.m., Central Time, on Monday, June 6, 2022 (please note this is an updated submission date). Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals received via other methods will not be considered.
