The Minnesota Department of Human Services 1115 Team invites substance use disorder providers to attend virtual office hours and listening sessions via WebEx.
Virtual office hours
The DHS 1115 Team wants to help substance use disorder providers planning or in the process of enrolling in the 1115 Demonstration. Office hours are drop-in for enrollment and clinical questions with the 1115 Team.
Listening sessions
The DHS 1115 Team is seeking feedback from substance use disorder providers on the 1115 SUD Demonstration. Email 1115demonstration.dhs@state.mn.us with topics or questions weekly by Thursday 12 p.m. CST.

Scheduling changes will be announced through the DHS Behavioral Health Division’s e-Memo subscriber list and posted on the 1115 SUD System Reform Demonstration webpage. Please send any additional questions via email to 1115demonstration.dhs@state.mn.us.
