The Minnesota Department of Human Services is requesting proposals to provide intensive treatment and supports to adolescents and young adults ages 15 to 40 who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing first episode psychosis.
Intensive treatment and support includes medication management, psychoeducation for the individual and family, employment supports, education supports, cognitive behavioral approaches, social skills training, crisis planning, stress management, case management, and peer support. The goal of this request is to develop one additional first episode psychosis (FEP) team in Minnesota.
The Behavioral Health Division is seeking proposals for the grant period of March 15, 2021, through March 14, 2023.

Proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be received at the email address listed in the RFP no later than 4 p.m., Central Time, on Feb. 14, 2022. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals received via other methods will not be considered.
