Age-Friendly Minnesota – Community Survey

An age-friendly world enables people of all ages to actively participate in community activities and treats everyone with respect, regardless of their age.  The Age-Friendly MN community survey is designed to gather information about what Minnesotans—now and in the future--want and need in their communities to be healthy, engaged, and safe as they live well, age well.

The results of the survey will be used to set priorities and develop strategies for plans, policies, and services that ensure that all Minnesotans can thrive across the lifespan. Results will be used by the State of Minnesota as well as by regions, sovereign nations, and community organizations. Please share the survey with the people you serve.

To begin the survey, go to https://mn.gov/dhs/age-friendly-mn/ and click “Take the Community Survey.”  This survey has 10 sections will take about 20 minutes to complete.  For more information please contact Age-Friendly staff at MN.DHS.AgeFriendlyMN@state.mn.us.
