The following information changed on the MHCP Provider website:

We updated the MHCP Provider Manual – Immunizations and Vaccines – Immunization and Vaccine Benefits Codes for Children – Vaxelis (DtAP-IPV-Hib-HepB) is available through MnVFC program as of June 1, 2021. CPT code 90697 and the description have been added to the table "Vaccines and Toxoids Available Through MnVFC." Table descriptions were revised for ease of use.
